Applicant Qualifications

• Be a legal entity or individual with a clear place of business
• Have experience in wholesale, retail, or distribution of consumer goods
• Have suitable distribution channels such as stores, supermarkets, markets, or online platforms
• Have financial and logistics readiness to operate the business
• Accept and comply with company policies

Terms & Requirements

• Distributors must place a minimum order quantity as specified by the company for each cycle
• Wholesale prices are exclusive of VAT and shipping costs
• Payment must follow company terms (cash / bank transfer / credit terms)
• Distributors must maintain the brand image and reputation of RICE CRAFT
• Distributors must not sell outside authorized territory without company consent
• Distributors must submit sales reports as scheduled by the company
